Mid-High Adventure Camp is rooted in Christian community and outdoor adventures. Together we will experience God’s love through the beauty of creation, new friends and caring mentors while going on outdoor adventures. You can look forward to adventures like whitewater rafting, rock climbing, hiking, sleeping under the stars, team building on the challenge course, on-site activities at camp, and more. Along the way we will have opportunities to strengthen skills and values like patience, flexibility, perseverance, compassion, and courage. Throughout the week scriptures will guide us in exploring the natural world and growing closer to God our Creator.
Please note: Campers registering for this event should be physically and mentally prepared for adventure activities. Activities like rock climbing and whitewater rafting include risk. These trips are done in cooperation with professional guide services and are designed to help 12-16 years try these adventure activities in a carefully selected location appropriate to this age group. An additional waiver will be required by the guide services selected. These forms will be available soon and emailed to parents/guardians before camp. To participate in these activities campers must be able to listen and follow directions. Campers must be able to wear the safety gear provided (PFD and helmet for rafting / climbing harness and helmet for rock climbing). Both activities require physical mobility and the ability to grasp. If you have questions or concerns about your camper's ability to participate in these adventure activities, please contact the camp directly (some accommodations may be possible).
